PURPOSE: An evaporating device for a melting device using solid fuel is provided to facilitate installation and repair since a gas generating housing is divided into upper and lower covers. CONSTITUTION: An evaporating device(1) for a melting device using solid fuel comprises hoppers(110,120) and a gas generating unit(200). The hopper holds solid fuel. One end of the gas generating unit is connected to the hopper. The gas generating unit comprises a gas generating housing(210), an evaporating chamber(220), a cover(260), an evaporating cylinder, a first screw, and a first driving motor. The evaporating chamber is formed in the gas generating housing. The cover is connected to the other end of the gas generating housing. The evaporating cylinder is installed in the gas generating housing.
