PURPOSE: The gear train of an auto transmission for vehicles is provided to reduce an electrical field of the auto transmission by dividing four simple planetary gear sets into two shafts. CONSTITUTION: First, second, and third planetary gear sets(PG1-PG3) are arranged in a first shaft(2). A fourth planetary gear set(PG4) is arranged in a second shaft and constitutes rotation element of 6. The second shaft is arranged to be parallel with the first shaft. A clutch means is composed of three clutches(C1-C3). A break means is composed of two brakes(B1,B2). Three operation elements of the fourth planetary gear set is connected each operation element of the first, second, and third planetary gear sets through first, second, and third transfer gears on the second shaft.
