RECOMBINANT SWINE INFLUENZA A VIRUS COMPRISING THE GENE OF A/KOREA/CJ01/09 AND A/PUERTO RICO/08/34, AND THE SWINE INFLUENZA A VIRUS VACCINE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A recombinant swine influenza A virus is provided to ensure defense effect from swine influenza A(H1N1) virus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant influenza A virus contains a gene of sequence numbers 1-6 among internal genes of A/PR/08/34 (H1N1) virus, and virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 11690BP. The virus surface protein gene contains HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine influenza virus contains the recombinant influenza A virus. The swine influenza A virus is prevented by inoculating the vaccine to a pig.
