REMOTE CONTROL AND DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC HOME APPLIANCES ON HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A remote controller and display system for a home appliance in a home automation system are provided to enable a user to control and monitor home appliances by enabling the user to remotely communicate with the home appliances through a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A home gateway(30) includes a remote wireless interface, an external network, a local wireless interface which is combined with the CPU(Central Processing Unit) of a computer. A display apparatus is combined with the home gate way through the local or remote wireless interface in order to communicate with the home gateway. The display apparatus receives a control process about a home appliance from the home gateway. The display apparatus displays the control process on a screen. A remote control apparatus(40) includes the key input apparatus of a user.
