PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a lighting apparatus including the same, and a light emitting device manufacturing method are provided to arrange a first electrode and a reflecting layer for improving total reflectance on the surface of a second semiconductor, thereby improving the efficiency of light generated from an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(110) comprises a first semiconductor layer(111), an active layer(112), and a second semiconductor layer(113). A first electrode(121) is arranged in a partial region of the second semiconductor layer. A reflecting layer(132) is arranged in a region excluding the partial region in which the first electrode is arranged among the second semiconductor layer. A bond metal layer(141) is arranged in the first electrode and reflecting layer. A protection film(151) is arranged on the bond metal layer in order to cover the light emitting structure.
