本实用新型公开了一种轴流风机叶片夹紧箍,包括与夹紧箍外形相同的拉挤铝型材基体(1),其上开设有安装孔(11)。本实用新型提供的轴流风机叶片夹紧箍,采用拉挤铝型材作为夹紧箍的基体,并在该基体上开设由于固定该夹紧箍的安装孔。具有生产效率高,只需根据夹紧箍所需的长度定尺下料或少量加工(钻削安装孔),加工成本低,由于材质为铝,其还具有重量轻的优点,避免旋转时离心力大的缺陷,与现有结构夹紧箍相比,本实用新型的材料利用率可达95~99%,生产效率提高数十倍,加工成本也仅为原结构的1/2左右。
