PURPOSE: A pressure hemostasis vest for mastectomy is provided to improve a medical treatment effect including smooth drainage and bleeding prevention. CONSTITUTION: A pressure hemostasis vest for mastectomy comprises: a vest(100) in which the sleeve thereof is formed short; and an affected part pressing unit(200) which is arranged in a partial portion of the front of the vest and is prepared in order to press an affected part through the expansive power due to air injection. The affected part pressing unit is integrally formed with the vest. The affected part pressing unit includes a first pressing unit(202), a second pressing unit(204), and a third pressing unit(206).
