PURPOSE: A method for issuing a Braille certificate is provided to enable a visually impaired person to confirm the certificate. CONSTITUTION: Whether the Braille certificate is issued or not is inputted(S110-S130). Character information included in the general certificate is extracted(S150). The extracted character information of the original certificate is transformed to the Braille information(S160). A format of a Braille certification matched with the original certificate is searched in a database and extracted(S170). A Braille certificate is generated by combining the Braille certification format and the transformed Braille information(S180). The Braille certificate is printed through a Braille printer and issued(S190). |
