[Class 8 (ii)] The dust bag 21 of a propelled suction cleaner is hung from the pivoted handle, and its neck is clamped to the exhaust outlet 30, 31, 32 of the cleaner by a clamp 36 in a plane oblique to the axis of the bag. The clamp may comprise a spring with open jaws forced together by a lever 42. The end of the bag neck, and the outer end of the exhaust outlet mav be inclined in planes parallel to the clamp plane. An outer bag 22 encloses the dust bag and clamp, and has an opening closed by a slide fastener. The dust bag may be of paper, and may be fitted at the neck with a stiff cylinder 48 which prevents return of dust to the cleaner. The bag may be made from a single sheet of paper, the neck being formed by pleating.
