OUTPUT DRIVER

PURPOSE: An output driver is provided to variously control the driving force of an output driver by using a fuse signal generated according to an EMRS code and a fuse cutting state. CONSTITUTION: A decoding code generator includes a fuse signal generator(11) and a decoding signal generator(12). The fuse signal generator includes a first fuse and a second fuse and generates a first fuse signal and a second fuse signal which are selectively enabled. The decoding signal generator receives the first and second fuse signals and generates first to third decoding signals. An output code generator(20) includes an adding unit and a selecting unit. The adding unit generates an offset code by increasing or decreasing an EMRS code to the first and second decoding signals according to the level of a third decoding signal. A selecting unit outputs an output code by limiting the level of an offset code.
