PURPOSE: It prevents from a plurality of indoor units at the same time sanctioning the power in the power source/communications line. The malfunction of the circuit is prevented. CONSTITUTION: An indoor unit supplies the power source through the power source/communications line in the connected load device to the outside. The indoor unit comprises a MICOM(23) and a repeated power application preventing unit(50). The MICOM outputs wake-up in order to supply the power to the load device. The duplication power on prevention unit prevents from if the power source is applied in the power source/communications line with the other indoor unit, secluding the wake-up of the MICOM and the power source being applied in the power source/communications line duplication.
