PURPOSE: A UV-curable adhesive resin composition is provided to maintain enough adhesiveness before UV-irradiation, reduce adhesiveness remarkably after UV-irradiation maintaining elasticity and wettability, and improve adhesiveness and chip arranging property at expansion process and pick-up process. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable adhesive resin composition having unsaturated double bond comprises adhesive acrylic copolymers or branch-substituted type UV-curable adhesive copolymers. The acrylic copolymer comprises 100 parts by weight acrylic binder resin and 3-20 parts by weight acrylic acid. The acrylic binder resin comprises 40-60 wt% 2-ethylhexylacrylate, 20-30 wt% methylmethacrylate, 5-15 wt% dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 10-20 wt% 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate and 1-20 weight% butylacrylate.
