PURPOSE: A routing apparatus based on an ecosystem and transmission path setting method using the same are provided to establish the transmission path of a service packet by acquiring pheromone information. CONSTITUTION: A pheromone table(102) stores pheromone information based on information collected by artificial ant from the network of pheromone data structure. The pheromone table stores the pheromone information of neighbor nodes in each QoS(Quality of Service) colony. A packet processing unit(130) inspects a service request delay quality value by analyzing the packet received from outside. The packet processing unit determines the transmission route of the packet based on the pheromone value based on the pheromone table and the service request delay quality value. The packet processing unit transmits the packet based on the determined transmission path.
