PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition containing polyphosphate contained in fermented peppermint extract is provided to suppress skin aging and to ensure anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A functional cosmetic product for anti-wrinkling contains polyphosphate as an active ingredient, contained in fermented peppermint extract. A method for preparing the fermented peppermint extract comprises: a step of washing peppermint to remove foreign materials on the surface and freeze-drying; a step of pulverizing the freeze-dried peppermint; a step of adding distilled water and performing hot water extraction at 100-200°C for about two hours; a step of compressing the extract at 50~70°C; and a step of culturing the extract using Lactobacillus acidophilus. The functional cosmetic product is manufactured in the form of a nutritional lotion, cream, essence, and skin softener.
