CONSTITUTION: An extracting unit(110) extracts real time payment function setup information from a specific database. A card processing unit(115) processes the payment according to the use of a card in real time. An account reference unit(120) checks one or more financial account of a client. An account management server(135) manages the financial account which is linked to the client information and the card information.
