PURPOSE: An endotracheal tube is provided to prevent leak of gas and to minimize the contact surface of cup and endotracheal membrane. CONSTITUTION: An endotracheal tube comprises: an end part inserted into the endotracheal tube; a hollow tubular body equipped with a lower end; an expandable cuff(40) which is adjacent to the end of the hollow tubular body and is installed on the outer surface of the hollow tubular body; and a conduit(50) which is connected to the cuff and introduces air for the expansion of the cuff.
