PURPOSE: A network integration charging system and method thereof are provided to perform a charging process by integrating the usage amount of packets of each terminal in a wired/wireless data environment. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(801) receives charging data from a plurality of service networks. A classifier(805) especially groups charging data by group. A calculator(813) adds up the usage amount of packets by each service network. The calculator performs a charging process for applying the predetermined fee ratio.
