<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve initial responsiveness in generation of brake fluid pressure of a yaw moment control device in a brake device provided with a slave cylinder and the yaw moment control device. <P>SOLUTION: The yaw moment control device 24 that generates the brake fluid pressure for individually operating wheel cylinders by a second electric motor 48 is disposed at a fluid passage between a slave cylinder 23 and wheel cylinders 16, 17, 20, 21 for generating brake fluid pressure by a first electric motor 52 driven corresponding to operation amount of a brake pedal 12 by a driver. The slave cylinder 23 is temporarily operated when starting operation of the yaw moment control device 24, and the brake fluid pressure generated by the slave cylinder 23 is added to the brake fluid pressure generated by the yaw moment control device 24 and is output to the wheel cylinders, and the initial responsiveness of the brake fluid pressure of the yaw moment control device 24 is compensated by the initial responsiveness of brake fluid pressure of the slave cylinder 23.
