PURPOSE: A voice signal processing device, a microphone device, a voice signal processing method, and a program thereof are provided to use a microphone when a dial or a slide lever is used, thereby providing convenience. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal processing unit(1) includes a sliding manipulation detecting unit(2) and a controller(3). A voice signal processing device is made of a voice signal processing unit CPU and a digital signal processor. The sliding manipulation detecting unit receives a voice signal which is inputted through a microphone. The sliding manipulation detecting unit determines whether sliding manipulation is started or ends. A controller controls the sliding manipulation from the beginning to the end of the sliding manipulation.
