PURPOSE: A scraping device for domestic animals is provided to solve itchiness of domestic animals and to prevent the degeneration of a scratching function due to the solidification of a foreign material. CONSTITUTION: A scraping device for domestic animals comprises: a plurality of protrusions(203) which are formed in the front of a vertical board which is fixed to fence structures; a transplantation unit(204) which is formed among protrusions; a sensor(205) for sensing the access of domestic animals and a control circuit(206); a vibration generating unit(208) to which a driver circuit is connected; a buffering unit(300) installed between the fence structures; and a vertical plate, a buffering unit, and fence structures(100) which are integrated by a coupling unit.
