PURPOSE: An inspecting device for a display device is provided to rapidly detect the defect of a pallet by connecting a check kit to a defective pallet. CONSTITUTION: An inspection unit is connected to an object and includes a pallet to inspect the defect of an object. A check kit(200) is electrically connected to a defective pallet and grasps the defect cause of the pallet. The inspection PC directs the repair of the defective pallet.
