VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A voltage controlled oscillator is provided to use a current reusing structure, thereby operating the voltage controlled oscillator with a small amount of currents. CONSTITUTION: A voltage controlled oscillator(400) includes a voltage control oscillating unit(410) and a current mirror unit(420). The voltage controlled oscillator includes a P-type FET(M1), an N-type FET(M2), and an LC resonator(411). The current mirror unit comprises two N-type FETs(M3,M4) for forming a current mirror. The drain electrode of an N-type FET of the current mirror unit is connected to the source electrode of a second FET to supply a constant current to the voltage controlled oscillator.
