The device comprises a differential cylinder (2) which is coupled with rotor blades (B) of a rotor (R) of a wind power plant (W). The two by two-way-proportional seat valves (12,14) are arranged between one of two control lines (4,5) of the differential cylinder and a pressure source (P). A solenoid-valve combination (V) is provided with the two by two-way-proportional seat valves, such that one of the two by two-way-proportional seat valves is open and the other valve is closed.
