PURPOSE: A seat air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to implement rapid heating by using heat which is generated from a battery through heat exchange medium. CONSTITUTION: In a seat air conditioner for a vehicle, a battery cooling tube(120) heat-exchanges with a battery pack(210). A storage tank(160) stores a heat transfer medium. A sheet hose(140) is installed in the seat in a vehicle(150). A radiating unit(130) releases the heat of the heat transfer medium. A first circulation loop of the heat transfer medium has a seat horse and a radiation unit which are connected through a connection tube. A first two ways valve(110) is installed between the battery cooling tube and a storage tank A battery bypass tube(102) connects the first two way valve and the battery cooling tube. A controller controls the first two ways valve to circulate the heat transfer medium to a second circulation loop in initial driving.
