PURPOSE: A producing method of ITO paste for a transparent electrode, and the ITO paste for the transparent electrode are provided to obtain ITO nanopowder using a low temperature synthesis method. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ITO paste for a transparent electrode comprises the following steps: synthesizing ITO nanopowder(S1); mixing 5-85wt% of ITO nanopowder with 2-4wt% of dispersant and 11-93wt% of solvent(S2); stirring the mixture(S3); milling the stirred mixture(S4); and filtering the milled mixture(S5).
