PURPOSE: A portable terminal having sterilization and skin care functions is provided to sterilize only a necessary part or to care the skin. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal having sterilization and skin care functions comprises: a main body(10); an input unit(30) which is installed in the outer surface of the main body and receives a signal selected by a user; an LED module which is installed in the main body and is equipped with an ultraviolet light emitting diode; a display unit(20) which is installed in one side of the main body and displays the driving state of the LED module; and a controller which is installed in the main body and emits a light.
