PURPOSE: A light induced terminal imaging(LITI) donor film is provided to enable a fine patterning process of an organic light emitting device, thereby providing a display apparatus with improved visibility. CONSTITUTION: A light-heat conversion layer(210) is arranged on a base layer(110). A barrier layer(310) is arranged on the light-heat conversion layer. A transfer layer(410) is arranged on the barrier layer. The base layer is performed as a support body of the transfer layer and light-heat conversion layer. The transfer layer is arranged in one surface of the light-heat conversion layer using an organic material of an emersion type which is manufactured by diffusing a macromolecule solution to an aqueous solution.
