CONSTITUTION: A schedule information reception unit(110) receives schedule information. An appointment request screen providing unit(130) provides an appointment request screen on a user terminal. A appointment providing unit(140) provides appointment information. When a user requests a medical examination and a treatment appointment, an appointment management unit(150) transmits the requested information to the terminal of a doctor.
