PURPOSE: An electronic document approval management apparatus and approval management method are provided to acquire approval about an electronic document by transmitting the electronic document to an approver. CONSTITUTION: An approver extraction unit(110) receives an electronic document from the computer(200) of an approval requester. The approval extraction unit extracts approver information. An approval request unit(120) requests the approval of the electronic document. An approval reception unit(130) receives approval which is inputted by an approver. A processing transmission unit(140) transmits the approval processing of the approver to the computer of the approver. The processing transmission unit transmits approval completion information to the computer of the approver. |
