PURPOSE: A system for managing a customized scalp and hair per person is provided to supply the cosmetic of a component and content which optimally correspond to the environmental/genetic element of an individual. CONSTITUTION: A system receives scalp and hair condition information of a target person(S101). The system analyzes the genetic and/or protein information of the target person(S105). The system determines the hair and the scalp state of the target person(S107). The system determines the component of the beauty material which can be improved to the scalp and hair of the target person and the content of the same(S108).
