APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ALLOCATING CHANNEL STATE INFORMATION-REFERENCE SIGNAL DEPENDENT ON SUBFRAME CONFIGURATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A device for allocating channel state information-reference signal dependent on a sub frame configuration and a method thereof are provided to transmit an allocated CSI-RS, thereby reducing performance lowering due to interference between adjacent cells. CONSTITUTION: A CSI-RS allocating device(600) includes a CSI-RS generator(610) and a CSI-RS resource allocator(620). The CSI-RS generator generates a CSI-RS or a CSI-RS sequence based on external information such as sub frame configuration information and system information. The CSI-RS resource allocator receives the sub frame configuration information, system information, and frame timing information. The CSI-RS resource allocator allocates a CSI-RS of each antenna port generated in the CSI-RS generator to a time-frequency resource area. CSI-RSs allocated to resource elements are multiplexed with a base station transmitting frame.
