<p>PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve whole processing efficiency by reducing the number of masks which is required for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) includes a first area(A), a second area(B), and a third area(C). A plurality of signal lines(121,122) is placed on the first area of the substrate. A first gate electrode(120P) is located on the second part of the substrate. A second gate electrode(120N) is placed on the third region of the substrate. A gate insulating layer(130) is placed on the signal line, the first gate electrode, and the second gate electrode.</p> |
