PURPOSE: A vehicle safety driving guide system is provided to ensure the safety of a worker by preventing the intrusion of a vehicle into a road construction site. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle safety driving guide system comprises a center fixing member(10), a first rotation coupling member(20), a second rotation coupling member(30), a lower spring member(40), an upper spring member(50), a hollow elastic rotating member(100) which freely rotates around the center fixing member, and a cover(110) which is fastened to the center fixing member.
