USB APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR BACKUP ACCOUNTING DATA PRODUCED BY ACCOUNTING PROGRAM ON PC

PURPOSE: A USB device and method thereof for back-up accounting data which is generated by an accounting program of a PC are provided to minimize damage of an HDD by automatically backup of accounting data through an accounting program according to an environment. CONSTITUTION: If a PC in which an accounting program is installed is connected, an automatic backup controller(210) searches for a target backup folder through the accounting program and automatically backups the backup folder according to a backup environment. A user authentication unit(220) stores an authentication key and transfers the authentication key to the PC. A data storing unit(230) stores the backup accounting data. The user authentication unit requests a password for the activation of a USB device.
