摘要 PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of fabricating the same are provided to improve the contact property of the front electrode by selectively removing molybdenum selenide layer in forming a second penetration hole. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and a method of fabricating the same, a rear electrode(200) arranged in a substrate is divided by a first penetration hole(P1). A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode including the first penetration hole. A buffer layer(500) is formed on the light absorption layer. A second penetration hole penetrates through the light absorption layer and a buffer layer to expose the rear electrode layer. The front electrode layer is formed on the buffer layer.
