<p>A device for exercising neck muscles comprising a weights machine mounted on a platform and a contoured face pad 12 which can move up and down wherein the weights can be used to provide a variable resistance to movement of the face pad 12. There may be a seat which can be raised and adjusted and which may be designed to allow a user to sit in different positions. Movement of the face pad 12 may be provided by a rail system. The weight load may be adjusted and may be connected by a pulley system with a damper arrangement which allows for smooth lifting. There may also be handles for a user to grip.</p> |
