PURPOSE: A quartz bed is provided to prevent a user from being burnt even though the skin of the user directly contacts the bed. CONSTITUTION: A quartz bed comprises: a frame(110); a quartz plate(120) which is loaded in the frame and emits quartz energy; and a far infrared ray emission unit which is installed in the lower part of the quartz plate and emits far infrared ray through the quartz plate. The frame is made of a metallic material in order to prevent waste material from the human body from being absorbed.
