RECOMBINANT SWINE INFLUENZA A VIRUS COMPRISING THE GENE OF A/SW/KOREA/SCJ01/09 AND A/SWINE/KOREA/CAN01/04, AND THE SWINE INFLUENZA A VIRUS VACCINE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A recombinant swine influenza A virus and a vaccine containing the same are provided to suppress proliferation of the virus and to prevent domestic pigs from the virus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant swine influenza A virus contains gene of sequence numbers 1-6 among internal genes of A/swine/Korea/CAN01/04 (H1N1) of deposit number KCTC11165BP and virus surface protein gene of deposit number KCTC 11691BP. The virus surface protein gene contains HA of sequence number 7 and NA gene of sequence number 8. A vaccine for swine influenza virus contains the recombinant swine influenza A virus.
