The circuit (2) has a variable duty cycle chopping circuit (11) including an input terminal (9) connected to an electric power source (3). An output circuit (14) is connected via an adjustable dimension switch (17) i.e. P-type metal oxide semiconductor transistor, to an output terminal (19) of the chopping circuit. A control circuit (51) controls duty cycle of the chopping circuit and dimension of the switch and an adjustable dimension chopping switch (13) i.e. N-type metal oxide semiconductor transistor, based on power delivered by the power source.
