PURPOSE: A vacant seat rates reducing method of a public transport and control system thereof are provided to improve profits and to reduce transportation fees by increasing the transportation efficiency of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A control system designates a transfer terminal considering to passenger number and the location and size of the transfer terminal. The control system transmits the transfer signal and riding signal of the transfer terminal to the sub computer of the terminal according to a route determination. The control system induces passengers who have the same destination as each other to ride together in a vehicle. The vacancy rate of the vehicle is reduced. |
