The pipe fixing member comprises an upper assembly(51) and a lower part combination(52) for fixing the evaporation machine pipe on the case for air conditioner or the dash panel A combining projection(60) or a bonding groove(62) is formed in the upper assembly or the lower part combination. A blocking member(70) of the thin film type is formed in one side of the combining projection or the bonding groove.
