PURPOSE: A method for preparing silylferrocene-HTPB(hydroxy terminated polybutadiene) complex is provided to ensure high yield of the complex. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing silylferrocene-HTPB complex(1) comprises: a step of introducing butene group to ferroene(2) to synthesize 3-butenyl ferrocene(3); a step of introducing silane group to 3-butenyl ferrocene to synthesize (4-ferrocenyl butyl)dimethyl silane(5); and a step of reacting the (4-ferrocenyl butyl)dimethyl silane with polybutadiene of a hydroxy terminal.
