PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus, a light emitting system including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a fluorescent substance layer with a uniform thickness in the inside or upper part of a substrate, thereby improving optical conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: One or more light emitting devices(110) are arranged on one surface of a substrate(100). The light emitting device comprises a first conductive pattern(112), a light emitting pattern(114), and a second conductive pattern(116). A first chip electrode(140) is electrically connected to the first conductive pattern. A second chip electrode(150) is electrically connected to the second conductive pattern. A fluorescent substance layer accepting groove(300) is arranged in the other surface of the substrate. |
