PURPOSE: A hair rod heater is provided to prevent the skin from being damaged by making the heater out of yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate main body member(30) receives a hair rod and heats the hair rod. A heater heats the heating plate main body member. An outer case(50) accepts the heating plate main body member and exposes a hair rod settling unit to the top. A buffer member(60) is installed between the bottom and outer case of the heating plate main body member. A controller controls the temperature and operating state of the heating plate main body member.
