PURPOSE: An electrostatic touch pen is provided to improving the elastic force of the touch pen when closely adhering the rubber part to a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A pen rubber unit(130) is equipped to an end part of a rod shape touch pen body(110). The end part of the touch pen has a round shape and touches/clicks a touch screen. A pen rubber supporter(140) supports the pen rubber portion. The inside of the pen rubber portion includes a slot hole(133). The pen rubber portion is inserted into the lower part of the touch pen body.
