PURPOSE: A loading and unloading device of a truck is provided to enable a worker to easily load and unload cargos without the entering into a truck. CONSTITUTION: A loading and unloading device of a truck comprises a free moving unit(100), a drag panel(200), guide units(300), and a drive unit(400). The free moving unit is installed on the bottom surface of a loading box(10) and moves cargos. The drag panel is located at the top of the free moving unit. The guide units are formed in the left and right of the free moving unit and guide the cargos. The drive unit moves the drag panel.
