PURPOSE: An integrated hydraulic ascent and descent device for a chair is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic ascent and descent unit(20) is connected to a seat(110) and a bottom plate(10) of a chair(100) controls the height of the seat. An actuating unit(30) is integrally connected to the hydraulic ascent and descent unit and operates the hydraulic ascent and descent unit. A driving unit(40) is connected to the actuating unit and supplies power source. An operation lever(50) is connected to the driving unit and transfers an operation signal to the driving unit. The brake unit is connected to the hydraulic ascent and descent unit and operation lever and stops the hydraulic ascent and descent unit.
