PURPOSE: A construction sleeve for construction, which facilitates installation work, and construction method of a concrete wall body using the same are provided to facilitate installation work on a right position. CONSTITUTION: A construction sleeve for construction, which facilitates installation work, comprises follows. A through-hole is formed in order to establish a pipe. A male screw(1120) is formed in the outer circumference. A first sleeve(1100) comprises a flange part(1130). The through-hole is formed in the inside of a second sleeve(1200). A female screw(1210) is formed in the inner circumference in order to be fixed and coupled with the male screw. The second sleeve comprises the flange part. The flange part is extended toward the outer circumference.
