PURPOSE: A resin blend for melting process is provided to improve the physical properties and the surface properties of a molded resin, and reduce a processing time and production cost by skipping an additional surface coating step. CONSTITUTION: A resin blend for melting process comprises a first resin and a second resin. The difference of the melt viscosity of the resins is 0.1-3000pa*s at the processing temperature and shear rate of 100-1000 s^(-1). The distribution of molecular weight of the second resin is 1-.25, and the average molecular weight is 30,000-200,000. The first resin includes one or more selected from the group consisting of a styrene resin, a polyolefin resin, a thermoplastic elastomer, a polyoxyalkylene resin, a polyester resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyphenylene sulfide resin, a vinyl alcohol resin, an acrylate-based resin, engineering plastics, and their copolymers. |
