PURPOSE: Rice mixed with sprout vegetables using green tea rice is provided to use rice with embryo buds instead of white rice to offer vitamin E and B to users. CONSTITUTION: Rice mixed with sprout vegetables is cooked by the following steps: washing and soaking rice with embryo buds; inserting green tea leaves or green tea powder in water for steeping; inserting the soaked rice with the embryo buds and the green tea water into a rice cooker, and cooking the rice; washing the sprout vegetables; and mixing the cooked green tea rice, the sprout vegetables, mixing sauce, and garnishes. |
